
60th Birthday Dinner Party
Peta-Gaye’s Kitchen was honored to cater this special birthday celebration. This festive evening started with tray-passed appetizers and a charcuterie table to go with cocktails.

This was followed by a buffet of Triple-Tip with horseradish cream, Salmon Provencal en Croute, Mashed Potatoes with a crunchy cheese topping, Summer Pasta Salad, Summer Bounty Tossed Salad, Medley of Beets with Arugula, Burrata and Pistachio with a Pesto Drizzle.

The meal was completed with dessert : a family friend’s homemade carrot cake, three different types of gelato & Peta-Gaye’s Lime-Mint Fruit Salad.
In between the feasting was dancing and good times.
