For the second year in a row, Peta-Gaye’s Kitchen happily catered the yacht club’s annual holiday dinner. This year there were 115 adults and 24 children. Their menu was:

Chicken Breasts filled with sausage & apple stuffing with a White Wine Sauce
Gluten Free option : Chicken Breasts filled with Sun-dried Tomatoes, Olives & Goat Cheese
Chicken Tenders
Macaroni and Cheese
Hashed Potato 3 Cheese Gratin
Basmati Rice with Butternut Squash
Tossed Salad with Cranberry Citrus Vinaigrette
Back by popular demand: Chocolate Bread Pudding with a Rum Toffee Sauce
Malted Chocolate Chip Cookies for the children
