Alamitos Bay Yacht Club Holiday Dinner, 12/17/17

 

For the second year in a row, Peta-Gaye’s Kitchen happily catered the yacht club’s annual holiday dinner.  This year there were 115 adults and 24 children.  Their menu was:

  • Chicken Breasts filled with sausage & apple stuffing with a White Wine Sauce
  • Gluten Free option : Chicken Breasts filled with Sun-dried Tomatoes, Olives & Goat Cheese
  • Chicken Tenders
  • Macaroni and Cheese
  • Hashed Potato 3 Cheese Gratin
  • Basmati Rice with Butternut Squash
  • Tossed Salad with Cranberry Citrus Vinaigrette
  • Back by popular demand: Chocolate Bread Pudding with a Rum Toffee Sauce
  • Malted Chocolate Chip Cookies for the children
  • Gluten Free Ginger Apple Cupcakes with Rum Toffee Sauce
