For the second year in a row, Peta-Gaye’s Kitchen happily catered the yacht club’s annual holiday dinner. This year there were 115 adults and 24 children. Their menu was:
- Chicken Breasts filled with sausage & apple stuffing with a White Wine Sauce
- Gluten Free option : Chicken Breasts filled with Sun-dried Tomatoes, Olives & Goat Cheese
- Chicken Tenders
- Macaroni and Cheese
- Hashed Potato 3 Cheese Gratin
- Basmati Rice with Butternut Squash
- Tossed Salad with Cranberry Citrus Vinaigrette
- Back by popular demand: Chocolate Bread Pudding with a Rum Toffee Sauce
- Malted Chocolate Chip Cookies for the children
