I used Peta-Gaye’s Kitchen for a board meeting I was hosting at Long Beach State. It was the first time I was meeting many of the board members, and I wanted to make a good first impression. Peta-Gaye offered a variety of menu options, and we worked together to decide on the best menu choices for the occasion. The food was delicious and the presentation was fabulous; we had a phenomenal home cooked meal in a corporate setting.

Peta-Gaye’s culinary expertise, her attention to detail and her flexibility (we needed two delivery times–one for coffee and refreshments, the other for a buffet lunch) helped make the meeting a great success.
