Casino Night Employee Appreciation Party, November 2018

What a great boss my client is…throwing an Employee Appreciation Casino Night & Dinner!  What a fun team event.

Peta-Gaye’s Kitchen was very happy to cater it.

There was a table of an assortment of delectable appetizers to start, to fuel the casino game playing:

Roasted Garlic, Lemon & Rosemary Shrimp with a Creamy Herbed Dip; Caprese Salad on a Skewer with a Sunflower Seed Pesto; Cheese Filled Dates Wrapped in Prosciutto; Crostini with a Medley of Mushrooms & Goat Cheese.

Followed by a buffet dinner of: Red Wine Braised Short Ribs; Macaroni & Cheese; Green Beans & Asparagus Salad in a Cranberry Vinaigrette; a Medley of Beets with Arugula & Goat Cheese and dinner rolls.

Then for the finale – sweet and tangy lemon tarts.

Fun was had by all.
