Another successful event! So honored to have been chosen to cater Brooke’s Graduation Party!
It was fun coming up with a Summertime themed menu that also accommodated folks that had a dairy-free diet.

- Chilled Pasta Salad with Roasted & Fresh Seasonal Vegetables & Ribbons of Mint with a Lemon Dressing
- Summer Green Salad with an Avocado based Green Goddess Dressing
Let us not forget dessert…a seasonal fruit salad, lemon tarts and the ever popular Malted Chocolate Chip cookies to finish off the meal.
