These are a list of some choices, but Peta-Gaye likes to work with each client to customize a menu that best meets their needs.  Some gluten items can be adapted to be gluten free.  Peta-Gaye has been experimenting with gluten free flours in different recipes, so please ask if you are looking for something specific, that is not on the list yet.

      • Goat Cheese topped with Handmade Sweet & Spicy Tangerine Marmalade, creamy tangy goat cheese topped with a sweet and spicy tangerine marmalade - not only pretty but a delightful flavor combination ($5 extra for this dip), Gluten Free
