Once Again It Was a Pleasure to Cater Cal State Long Beach’s Quarterly Meeting Lunches

Academic minds need food for thought and planning, and Peta-Gaye’s Kitchen was happy to oblige for California State University of Long Beach’s two days of meetings.

“Food was excellent! Thank you! Everyone at CSULB loves your cooking!” commented the Professor and Chair of the Department after the event.

Day 1, a hot buffet lunch of Chicken Parmesan, Eggplant Parmesan, Mashed Potatoes, Garlic Bread and Caesar salad.

And of course, as usual Peta-Gaye’s Signature Malted Triple Chocolate Chip Cookies with Oreos was requested to be part of the dessert tray, which also featured Banana Bread with dark chocolate chunks.

Day 2, a lighter lunch fare of sandwiches – Roasted Chicken with Bacon, Gouda & Tomato; Roasted Chicken with Gouda & Tomato and Tuna Salad with Artichokes on Artisan Buns, accompanied with fresh salad with Green Goddess Dressing and hand made Cheddar & Rosemary Crackers.
