Private Holiday Dinner, December 2018

I love this time of year, so festive and fun!  Holiday season is a great time to get dressed up and sparkle and celebrate with friends and family with delicious food and drink.

Peta-Gaye’s Kitchen was honored to cater this holiday dinner.  Always such a delight to see smiles of pleasure from food enjoyed.

The guests started with cocktails and smoked salmon layered dip, a small antipasti platter and rosemary cheddar crackers.

This was followed by a seated formal dinner, where they were served tri-tip with a red wine mushroom reduction, glazed herbed carrots and green beans with ginger and garlic.

And then last, but not least, the guests enjoyed a mini lemon tart and a salted butter caramel chocolate mousse presented with a single orchid.
