I’m so happy to say I couldn’t have chosen a better catering company as Peta-Gaye’s Kitchen to cater my parent’s 70’s themed surprise party! When meeting with her, she was very friendly and asked a lot of questions to make sure were getting exactly what we wanted. When she arrived she did so on time and set up everything in a timely manner knowing we only had so long to set up for the big surprise. Everything looked so good and the food was tasty! When coming over the next day to pick up the chaffing dishes we borrowed she came with flowers for my mom to wish her a happy birthday, which was so sweet and thoughtful! She definitely went above and beyond! She will be on top of list if we need a catering service in the future. I would recommend her to anyone for any upcoming events or parties.
Peta-Gaye has catered numerous parties for me both intimate and large gatherings. Some casual (chilis and toppings for a football party), some elegant, some just deserts or appetizers to full menu dinners.She consistently receives rave reviews from guests. The presentation is always beautiful and the variety fantastic. I can’t imagine hiring anyone else as I couldn’t be happier with her service each and every time. Her smoked meats are a must!

Peta-Gaye made our company gathering a hit !!
I found Peta-Gaye on Yelp after searching for a place to make appetizers. I am thrilled to say that customer service is alive and well with this gem of a company.
Peta-Gaye returned my phone call immediately and she said she’d be happy to put some platters together for our gathering. I was afraid it would be too short of notice but she was happy to accommodate .
She prepared three platters; 1) curry chicken salad on endive leaves, 2) caprese salad on a skewer and, 3) cucumber cups with dilled cream cheese and smoked salmon. All three were a hit but caprese salad on a skewer was the guests favorite (delicious pesto )!!
Peta-Gaye also pays attention to presentation as each platter was garnished beautifully. They were on beautiful covered platters that stacked perfectly in my fridge until served .
Peta-Gaye also called me after our celebration to see how the guests enjoyed the food .
Peta-Gaye will be my go-to for future catering !

Had her amazing oatmeal chocolate chips cookies to die for. They were moist and dense and couldn’t stop thinking about that I wanted more. I would suggest them any day. They stand out from the rest. If your not an oatmeal fan you will be now! Yummy.
I was just at an event last weekend that Peta-Gaye catered. Most memorable were the individual strawberry shortcakes! They were so fresh and delicious, and cleverly adapted for us since we were dining aboard and the traditional way to serve this dessert might have been difficult to negotiate on a moving boat. I’m still thinking about those shortcakes a week later!

Thank you for catering our wedding shower luncheon. The bride, Elysse, said it was her “dream come true” luncheon. The food presentation was perfect and the food tasted delicious. We received lots of compliments. The appetizers, the salads, the croissant sandwiches, and the mini cupcakes were all wonderful – fresh and flavorful.

I recently had Peta-Gaye’s Kitchen cater a 50th Birthday party for my daughter. It was a pleasure to work with Peta-Gaye. We had over 50 guests and Peta-Gaye went above and beyond to address the varied food preferences. In addition to some very picky eaters several guests are vegetarian. Peta-Gaye provided a custom menu, including developing a few new recipes, to provide delicious items that everyone could enjoy. And of course every birthday party must have cake! My guests loved Peta-Gaye’s award winning Crunchy Chocolate Peanut Butter & Hazelnut cake and her assortment of mini cupcakes.
Everything was delicious. And so attractively arranged. Thank you Peta-Gaye for helping make Jamie’s 50th birthday celebration an event to remember.
I didn’t know what to take for an Easter brunch. Peta-Gaye’s Kitchen suggested different flavors of mini cupcakes. They were delicious – the hit of the brunch!

I have attended dinners and cocktail parties catered by Peta-Gaye and simply LOVE every dish she creates. My personal favorite are her “original” Jamaican patties! She is my “go-to” cater and always happy to recommend her.
